I will keep working to become certified in Kids Fitness and Nutrition as well. I became a CPT in June 2016 and am currently in progress of getting certified as a Group Instructor as well. I began studying health and fitness because I felt what it did to me and wanted to help others the same way. Each workout you do progress starts and then changes. Fitness is not an overnight miracle, it takes time and patience. As long as you feel good and are healthy, happiness comes then amongst others health benefits. Health and Fitness is much more than looking good it is about being healthy and feeling good. I create my own workouts and train 5-6 days a week.
